Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
We do our best to use photos that accurately show what you’ll get when making a purchase, but this doesn’t mean the photos used are contractual or legally binding.

Where can I view my sales receipt?
Lost your receipt? No problem.
For a copy of any receipt within the last 1 years:
- Go to the My Account page, sign in if needed
- In the My Account Menu under the Orders heading, select History
- Filter your orders by All, Online purchases or filter by the year of purchase
- Open the order number and print, this will serve as a valid receipt
How can I return an item?
To return an eligible item you ordered: Not all orders are eligible for returns. However if approved by the company follow as below:
- Go to Your Orders to display your recent orders.
- Choose the order and select Return or Replace Items.
- Select the item you want to return. ...
- Choose how to process your return. ...
- Select your preferred return method.
- Print your return label and return authorization.
- Add your return label (if applicable) and package your items for return.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
